All of us need someone to share our inner world with, especially during life’s transitions – the good, the bad, and the in-between. Not only can we explore tools to use when you are feeling down, but also ways to cherish the positives of life. We can work together to increase resiliency, self-compassion, and inspiration.
The world can be a lonely place and at times we can feel like we are the only person experiencing our unique struggles. Group therapy can provide you a space to share with others who may be experiencing similar phases of life and process through the different emotions that come up.
