Dear Ambitious Woman,
Your twenties and thirties are a rollercoaster of growth. Balancing work, friends, love, and aspirations – how do you do it all? How do you prioritize when everything is equally important to living a “successful” life? You’re expected to do it all but you feel like you are barely staying above water in some areas of your life. You’re so busy building your career, that sometimes a social life or self-care seems out of reach – or maybe it’s the other way around – maybe your social life is great but you dread going to work everyday. Finding yourself is a lifelong journey and it helps to have someone in your corner. Together we can explore what success means to you and what you need to live YOUR definition of a fulfilled life.
You may be hesitating to pick up the phone and give me a call thinking “Well I don’t really have the time to go to therapy” or “Well I’m handling it on my own just fine… right?” Navigating adulthood is hard. You don’t have to be on this journey alone. You don’t have to have it “all together” to be an ambitious woman. Think of therapy as your self-care time. You know you need self-care but you’re having trouble making the time. Therapy is the first step to taking care of yourself. The therapy room is your personal sanctuary where you spend an hour of your time focusing on YOU.
In addition to in-person sessions, I offer online therapy (teletherapy / telehealth) if you are unable to come in-person or would prefer to do phone/video sessions. I understand that work-life balance can be difficult and I aim to offer you a creative solution to prioritize your mental health.
